Abstract
Does the United
States Constitution
and the
Bill of Rights protect
us from illegal
search and seizure?
The following
story will give
cause to wonder.
Mrs. Ruth Me-
Laughlin is a wid-
seventies. She has lived in her modest
bungalow, in a Southern Calif. city for
over 25 years. Last year she injured her
back , spending several months in hospitals
and convalescing at home. Today she
walks in a slightly stooped position, and,
if she stands erect, she has severe muscle
spasms.
