Abstract
San Diego Wild Animal Park was the scene of a memorable visit by my wife and I in 1978. A feature of the Park is the large walk-through, tropical American rainforest aviary. We sat in the midst of this great display watching various hardbills, softbills, small species of ducks, curassows and small animals such as monkeys and deer.
