Abstract
A letter has been issued by the U.S. Department of Interior's
Fish and Wildlife Service, May 10, 1976, and received by A.F.A.
along with a copy of the proposal of rule-making published in
the Federal Register on Wednesday, May 5, 1976. As the letter
states, the rules for certain endangered species are being greatly
eased to the benefit of breeders.
