Articles submitted must conform to the style set forth in the publication manual of the American Psychological Association.

For a quick reference guide see Purdue Owl APA formatting resource:

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  2. The submission file is in Microsoft Word (.doc) document file format.
  3. Articles should be between 2,000 and 6,000 words in length, but should not exceed 6,500 words including Bibliography.

  4. All tables should be formatted using the table tool in Word rather than by using the tab key or space bar and must be placed within the original manuscript.
  5. Graphics should be either in GIF or JPEG format.
  6. All submissions must include a title page with the title of the manuscript, 250-300 word abstract, the author’s (or authors') name(s), university affiliation, mailing address(es), e-mail address(es), and telephone number(s) for all authors.
  7. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
