Peer Review Process

Submissions are peer-reviewed. Reviewers will be asked to return reviews within 14 days. After acceptance, publication of submission will occur as soon as possible.

To help with the flow of the peer-review process, with each submission authors are required to identify at least 2 recommended reviewers.  Editor may  choose to use these reviewers or not.

Publication Frequency

Accepted journal items will be published collectively, as part of an issue within a yearly volume.

We publish issues on a quarterly basis. Select items are published and added to the "current" Issue's Table of Contents, if they are ready for publication early.

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
