Innovation: ENTER2020 Special Issue of eRTR.

AbstractENTER2020 – the 27th annual international eTourism Conference – featured cutting-edge research and industry case studies on the application of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in travel and tourism. Organized by the International Federation for IT and Travel & Tourism (IFITT), ENTER2020 was held at the University of Surrey in Guildford, UK, from January 8 to 10th, 2020. This year’s conference theme, “Responsible eTourism” focused on exploring the ways technology can be used to ensure a positive impact of tourism on society, environment, and economy. This special issue includes nine research notes and three late breaking results short papers organized around the theme of Innovation.
How to Cite
e-Review of Tourism Research (eRTR) is an international electronic bulletin for tourism research (ISSN:1941-5842). It comprises current tourism research articles, commentaries and reviews by industry professionals.
