International Operations Simulation/Mark 2000 (INTOPIA)

Abstract

INTOPIA is being released at the beginning of 1994. It is a state-of-the-an international business strategy simulation. As such, it incorporates all aspects of management, but is rich enough to be used in marketing, operations, and finance courses. The products, geographical areas, and currencies may be changed by the facilitator. Virtually unlimited transaction freedom among companies: buy and sell, borrow and lend, license patents, hedge currencies, sell plants. No limit on decisions or entrepreneurial opportunities. INTOPIA will be demonstrated at the ABSEL 94 conference.
