Abstract

Performance in a business simulation was examined in relation to trait anxiety, computer anxiety and cognitive style, determined at the group level of analysis. Groups were classified as high/low trait anxiety, high/ low on three dimensions of computer anxiety, arid sensing/intuitive and thinking/feeling cognitive style. Results indicated that there was a significant relationship between trait anxiety and group performance and a significant relationship between thinking/feeling groups and group performance.
