Bringing Back "Innovation"
Abstract
Attending conferences and other development opportunities offer many benefits. They spark creativity and challenge attendees to reconsider how they currently do things back at their library. But the experience also presents a leadership risk. Bringing back too many new ideas or changes that do not work out well can damage one's credibility in leading future changes.
