Papers submitted to IJRS are 'pre-reviewed' by the editor to ensure conformance with basic Journal requirements. Papers that meet the basic requirements are sent to three registered IJRS referees. The referees conduct a review and provide notification of acceptance or rejection, or request revision/resubmission. Typical time for review is 4-6 weeks. Upon acceptance, the copy editor will prepare the paper for final publication and provide a copy of the proof to the author prior to posting. Once posted, the editor will notify registered users of availability.

Reviewers consider the originality of the submission, the article’s format and structure (as described in the IJRS Author Guidelines), ethical concerns such as plagiarism or fraud, and criteria for recommendation as described in the Reviewer Guidelines.
