LAKE NYASA PORTUGUESE COAST AND ITS SEDIMENTS

Abstract


On the course of geological work in the Lake Nyasa region, several observations were made on coastal features and beach sediments which allowed some preliminary conclusions to be drawn on sedimentary and coastal processes active in the lake shore. The purpose of this paper is to present these conclusions together with the data on which they are based.
